We now have a $50.00 minimum order. Our packaging costs have sky-rocketed and it is no longer profitable to process an order for less than $50.00. 
Also, the UPS charges we pass on to you have skyrocketed, sometimes to 50% of the cost of your products.

You will receive our phone number upon completion of your shopping cart order so you can follow up on your order if you need to.  It will be e-mailed to you with your order confirmation.

We do have will call.  Place your shopping cart order and specify "Pick up in El Cajon"
in the shipment choice area.  Once your order has been processed, you will be sent an
e-mail letting you know what day(s) you can pick up your order.  Usually 24 to 48 hour turnaround.
Also, at that time you will receive our physical address and directions to our shop along with our phone number.

Payment is by Debit & Credit VISA and Master Card.  We do not accept COD orders.   We verify the name and address you provide us with the name and address your credit card company has on file.  If they do not match, we don't ship out the order.  This is a protection for everyone.  We do not print your credit card number out anywhere.  Just the last 4 digits and expiration date appear on your invoice.
Shipping: Orders go out United Parcel Service. We are using  US Priority Mail for our Hawaii and Alaska customers if requested.   Freight costs are added to your invoice. 

Return Policy:   NO RETURNS ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN ACCEPTED FROM CARRIER.  We can't guarantee purity one the products are in your hands and can't resell them to anyone else.  Thanks for your understanding.

Damage Claims: If a package is damaged on arrival, please report to UPS and Herbal Accents immediately.  Let driver know if damage is apparent at time of delivery and make sure driver notes it on their delivery sheet.  Please call if you have any questions.

Catalog Requests:   We are adding so many new products these days, a paper catalog would soon be outdated so we are no longer offering one.
