We now have a $50.00 minimum order. Our packaging costs
have sky-rocketed and it is no longer profitable to process an order for
less than $50.00.
Also, the UPS charges we pass on
to you have skyrocketed, sometimes to 50% of the cost of your products.

We prefer that you use our shopping cart to place
your orders. The first time you place an order, you must use the shopping
cart. That way we will be sure to get all your information correct.
If you wish to phone in your order once you have placed your first order on the
shopping cart, please call Tuesday thru Friday.
Payment is by Debit & Credit VISA and Master Card. We do not accept COD orders. We verify the name and address you provide us with the
name and address your credit card company has on file. If they do not
match, we don't ship out the order. This is a protection for everyone. We do not print
your credit card number out
anywhere. Just the last 4 digits and expiration date appear on your
invoice.
Shipping: Orders go out
United Parcel Service. We
are using US Priority Mail for our Hawaii and Alaska customers if requested.
We can also use USPS for Canadian orders. Freight costs are added to
your invoice.
Return Policy: NO RETURNS ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN ACCEPTED FROM CARRIER.
We can't guarantee purity one the products are in your hands and can't resell

Damage Claims: If a package is damaged on arrival, please report to
UPS and Herbal Accents immediately. Let driver know if damage is
apparent at time of delivery and make sure driver notes it on their delivery
sheet. Please call if you have any questions.

adding so many new products these days, a paper catalog would soon be outdated
so we are no longer offering one.
