Almond Butter - Odorless
Almond Butter is derived from sweet almond oil (prunus amygdalus dulcis). Contains essential fatty acids and unsaponifiables natural waxes. Almond Butter exhibits excellent spreadability on the skin. Adds moisturizing attributes to creams, lotions and bar soaps. Can be used 100% as a butter-like balm. Wonderful in lip balm preparations.                     1 pound $12.00

Avocado Butter - Odorless
Avocado Butter is obtained from the fruit of the Avocado tree thru a unique process which yields a soft butter. Ours is odorless and has a very low melting point. A soft butter. Add to lotions, creams, bar soaps, etc.                      1 pound $15.00

Cocoa Butter - Deodorized
This is a wonderful butter.  The old fashioned stuff Mom's rubbed on their pregnant bellies to help with stretch marks. (They still do). It has no smell at all - you would use when you don't want the chocolate smell to fight with your scents.

Kukui Nut Butter - Not Deodorized
This wonderful Kukui Nut Butter has a special odor all it's own.  This highly polyunsaturated butter is processed from the nut of the Kukui tree.  It is an outstanding emollient that leaves the skin with a non greasy after feel if used 100%.   Evidence indicates this butter is excellent for the treatment of dry, aging skin and other common skin problems.

Olive Butter - Odorless

Shea Butter - (Karite Butter)
Expeller pressed from the nut-like fruit of the Karite tree of the Ivory Coast of Africa. Due to its high content of unsaponifiables (up to 17%), Shea Butter draws its traditional properties: protection of the skin against weather, sun and aging; elimination of superficial irritations. Well known to assist coetaneous dryness, dermatitis, eczema and burns. Use in lotion bars, salves, creams, soaps, etc.

Shealoe "Butter"   Pure White Shea Butter & Aloe
Shealoe is a proprietary process marries two of the most awesome
ingredients known to the trade. It's 55% Shea Butter and 45% Aloe.  It does have some moisture to it, unlike a pure butter.  It handles almost the same, it's softer, of course, and it's creamier.  You could use it as is or try the recipe I just concocted.  It's at the bottom of this page.  You can also add it to your own lotion and cream products as well as lip balms, bath bombs, your own body butter recipe, etc.  Can also be used in soapmaking - melt slightly and add at trace for cold process.  For melt & pour, try adding when soap is just melted.  It should melt right in.  It has a pretty low melt point. Be careful, if you heat it too high, it will not stay emulsified..

Shealoe Butter Anti-Wrinkle Salve

Ingredient List:
     1ounce  beeswax beads
     3 ounces shealoe butter
     4 ounces sunflower oil
     1 teaspoons of Anti-Wrinkle Essential Oil Blend

Put beeswax beads, shealoe butter and sunflower oil in 8 ounce glass Pyrex measuring cup and melt in microwave.  Do for one minute at 70%, then stir. If not melted, do in 20 second intervals.  DO NOT OVER HEAT. When cooled to approximately 140 degrees add Herbal Accents Anti-Wrinkle  essential oil blend.  Stir well and check temperature.  When cooled to 130 degrees, pour into 8 ounce jars.  Our 1 oz double sides wall plastic jars or our 1 oz glass jars work perfectly for this.  Recipe will fill 8 one ounce jars.

Uses:   Wet hands and then apply 
            Rub on body when getting out of shower while still damp
           Scoop out a little and let melt in hot bath water
            Massage into cuticles to soften them – my personal favorite!!
            Rub into elbows and knees
            Use instead of massage oil for massages

The Shea especially the cocoa butters are fairly hard.  The Almond, Avocado, Kukui Nut and Olive butters are fairly soft and can be uses as is.  Just melt gently in microwave, pour into container and let harden up again.  Add scents, of course!!
